ARCHLINE Digital Systems

Five things, priced.

Published, because you should be able to work out whether you can afford us without booking a call to find out. Every build is quoted with fixed scope, 50% up front, and the ongoing Run retainer included by default — you can decline it, but you have to actively decline it.

02

Foundation build

£1,500 – £2,500

For businesses that mainly need to be found and to get enquiries. A proper site and payments, without a booking system.

50% on acceptance, 50% on delivery.

  • Up to 6 pages, designed and built bespoke rather than dropped into a template
  • Card payments through Stripe, or lead capture straight to your inbox
  • Content management, so you edit your own copy and pricing without a developer
  • Domain, hosting, DNS and business email configured properly, all in your name
  • Analytics installed and configured, with goals and events that mean something
  • Technical SEO, structured data and Google Business Profile
03

Booking build

£3,500 – £5,000

Everything in Foundation, plus customers booking themselves in and paying, without ever double-booking you.

Typically 4 to 8 weeks.

  • Real-time availability, calculated server-side rather than cached and hoped for
  • Double-booking prevented by a database constraint, not application logic — impossible, not unlikely
  • Payment captured at the point of booking through Stripe, which is what removes no-shows
  • Automated transactional email: confirmations, reminders, cancellations
  • Admin dashboard: bookings, customers, revenue, exports
  • Cancellation, rescheduling and refund handling, without a phone call

The off-the-shelf platform is £75 to £120 a month plus per-booking fees. Over five years that is £4,500 to £7,000, and at the end of it you own nothing and cannot change anything.

04

Operations build

£6,000 – £9,000

Everything in Booking, plus the customer list and the tools your team uses once the customer has gone home.

The back office, not just the shop front.

  • A bespoke CRM: customer records, full history, notes, and the fields your trade actually needs
  • Job and order management, with status tracked from enquiry through to paid
  • Document generation from live records — job sheets, worksheets, quotes, invoices
  • Resource scheduling for staff, bays, rooms or equipment, not just a diary slot
  • Date-driven automation: service due, renewal, follow-up, certificate expiry
  • Role-based access control, so not everyone sees everything
  • Reporting written in English, not a wall of charts

Every trade has one thing it cannot afford to get wrong and currently keeps on a whiteboard — an allergy in a kitchen, an MOT date in a garage, a treatment note in a clinic, a certificate expiry on a site. Same system, different fields. Working out which fields are yours is what the Diagnostic is for.

05

AI operations layer New

£2,500 – £6,000

Once your information is in one place and correct, the jobs on top of it can run themselves. This is the rung that removes the admin rather than tidying it up.

Added to a build. Not sold on its own — see below.

  • Enquiry triage and routing, classified and drafted on arrival
  • Natural-language search across your own records, documents and history
  • Document generation from live data — quotes, job sheets, reports, summaries
  • Automated reporting written from the numbers, not merely charted
  • Scheduled jobs that run unattended and alert you when they fail
  • Every output traceable to the source record, so it can be checked

This only works if your information is already in one place and already right. A business running on notebooks and WhatsApp has nothing to point it at. That is why it sits on top of a build rather than being sold on its own — and why anyone offering it as a standalone is selling you a demo.

06Ongoing

A build is a project. A retainer is a business.

The reporting is the part clients keep. Anyone can send you a dashboard; the value is the three specific things to fix underneath it.

Run

£150 – £350 /month

Hosting, backups, security updates, small changes, and someone who knows your system to ring when something looks wrong.

Quoted with every build by default. You can decline it, but you have to actively decline it.

Grow

£450 – £750 /month

Search visibility, on-site behaviour and revenue, joined up and read properly. Conversion tracked end to end, so you know which channel earned the money rather than which one got the clicks.

A monthly report: what changed, what it cost, what it earned, and three specific things to fix. A report with no recommendations is just a screen of numbers, and nobody should pay monthly for one of those.

Social system

£1,200 – £2,000 one-off setup

Content pillars, a posting cadence, brand templates, a scheduling stack, and a UTM convention applied to every link so you can attribute a booking back to the post that caused it.

Then folded into Grow. The posting stays with your team — they know the product, and that cannot be outsourced.

Ad hoc

£500 /day

Anything outside a package.

The web development sector average is £431 a day. This is bespoke work.

07The awkward questions

Answered here, so you don’t have to ask.

Can you do it cheaper?
We can do it smaller. Tell us which parts matter most and we will quote a phase one. What we cannot do is build the same thing for less, because the price is the work.
I can get a website for £500.
You can, and if a website is genuinely all you need, you should. If what you have is a booking or ordering process, a £500 site will not touch it.
What if you get hit by a bus?
Everything is in your name and documented at handover. Another developer picks it up and carries on. That is precisely why we do it that way.
How do I know it will work?
You will know within eight weeks, because it is counted from the day it goes live. Not opinions — how many people came, how many booked, and what they paid.
Can we do revenue share instead?
No, though we understand why you asked — it means we carry your marketing risk on a build we have already paid for in time. We are happy to phase the build so you spend less up front.

Start

Tell me what breaks when you get busy.

The first step is a £450 Diagnostic: half a day walking your process end to end, and a written recommendation with a fixed quote attached — whether or not you build anything with us. It is credited in full against a build if you go ahead within thirty days.
